The online video game price wars between the likes of Amazon, Gamestop and Walmart have been escalating as of late. The latest shot has been fired by Amazon.com.
In addition to the all of the $10-$20 credit offers that Amazon had, unless you had subscribed to the Amazon Prime membership, the release day delivery typically cost was prohibitive. Thankfully, Amazon is now offering $0.99 release day delivery on all video game pre-orders!
We are pleased to announce that we have reduced the price of Release-Date Delivery to 99 cents. We wanted to let you know that this ship option was now available at a lower rate and that you can easily upgrade your open order following the steps below.
If you have Amazon Prime, you already had release day delivery for free.
For those with existing pre-orders, simply follow these steps:

- Select "Your Account"
- Click on “Your Orders”
- Click on “Change Shipping Speed”
- Select your desired shipping speed
For those that pre-ordered and paid for Release-day delivery, either cancel and re-order the game or switch the delivery method to 'Free Super Saveer Shipping' then back to 'Release Day Delivery' to see the price reduced to $0.99.
