Apparently developers and fans were joined by thieves at PAX East in Boston this year. Joystiq has a lengthy report about one Justin D. of Delaware, who is the accused suspect.  Apparently this "gentleman" hooked his laptop up to an ethernet cable at the Atomic Games booth (developers of Breach) and was able to download a small portion of the game before he was caught.
